Both of these books will be released on September 18. The Storm Runner is a middle grade book inspired by Mayan mythology that I know is going to be a fun read because it’s part of the Rick Riordan Presents imprint, while The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle sounds like a really good mystery that I’m going to really enjoy. I know I’ve had them for several months and still haven’t read them, but I’m very excited for both of these books. Cervantes and The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle by Stuart Turton. There are still two September releases I have to read at the beginning of the month, though: The Storm Runner by J.C. I’ve also read Pride by Ibi Zoboi and will be getting a post about that up soon. Those releases include: Meet the Sky by McCall Hoyle (September 5), Intercepted by Alexa Martin (September 11), Time’s Convert by Deborah Harkness (September 18), and A Notorious Vow by Joanna Shupe (September 25). I did make it through a lot of the September releases in August and have already posted reviews about them.

Ok, after going absolutely crazy with my August TBR, I’m keeping it a bit more reasonable this month and staying focused on the arcs I got at Book Expo!
